Payment can be made in the following ways:
• Cash on delivery
Your order is sent to your place by courier, and you pay for it upon delivery. (The additional charge amounts to €2.00 €)
• Via credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, Discover.
All payments made using a card are processed through the electronic payment platform "Nexi e-Commerce" and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
• Payment by bank deposit / transfer
If you are hesitant or unfamiliar with the online payment process by credit, debit or prepaid card, for your convenience BRWNE provides you with the option to complete your purchase by making your payment by Bank Deposit.
The deposit can be made either by traditional methods (payment at an ATM, payment at a Bank cash desk) or electronically, using your bank's e-banking. In the case of a different Bank, the costs of interbank transactions are borne entirely by the customer.
When completing your order, select Bank Deposit as the payment method. On the screen you will see the BRWNE payment details that you must use when depositing the exact amount of the order & costs of any interbank transaction (DIAS).
Deposit the amount corresponding to the order you just placed into the BRWNE Bank Account at the Bank serving you (account numbers will also be emailed to you with your order summary). When depositing the money in your Bank, please provide the "order number" as the reason for the transaction as well as the Name you have declared as the person charging the order.
Contact us at hello@brwne.gr and send us the proof of payment that will have been issued by your bank when you made your payment, mentioning the "order number" as well as the name of the person who made the payment.
